Report an Absence, Tardiness or Early Dismissal
The Absentee, Tardy, Early Dismissal Form should be completed for all students (1) who will not be attending school, (2) who will be late for school, or (3) who will be dismissed early from school. Please do not email teachers, the receptionist, or administrators.
Report a Change in Daily Pick-Up Plan
The Pick-Up Changes Form should be completed for any student who has a change in pick-up plan for a single day. Please fill in this form before 2:00 pm Monday - Thursday or before 11:00 am on a Friday.
